OUR POLICY:

If you book any of Toro Watersports' activities through any type of platforms such as social media, website and etc. or book via online or pay at our counter, you are obliged to follow our policy.

Make payment via Paypal at least 3 days in advance for the proper arrangement of your activity and to avoid any disappointment on your behalf. We will not entertain any customer that prefers to make a payment after they have arrived in Langkawi.

If you wish to cancel your activity, please notify us by email or call us at most 3 days before the activity and the full payment will be refunded. Cancellation within 3 days period before the activity will result in 50% of the payment not refunded.

 

If the bad weather occurs during the day of the activity, the customer has the option to change the activity's schedule or the payment for that activity can be refunded. 

Free pick up only available for certain activities for customers staying near Cenang beach area.
